World Mangrove Day, 26.07.2025

We're delighted to share the successful completion of two Change-Maker Youth–Led Mangrove Plantation Drives, carried out in collaboration with leading academic and scientific institutions.

Pulicat Lake Region: In partnership with Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Ocean Society of India (OSI), and IUCN, we conducted an awareness campaign and mangrove plantation drive in the ecologically significant Pulicat region. We also signed an MoU with Sathyabama University for future scientific project collaboration.

Kovalam (ECR – South Chennai): In collaboration with SRM University, the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), and OSI, we organized a second student-led plantation initiative, reinforcing youth engagement in climate resilience. We also signed a new MoU with C. Abdul Hakeem College of Arts and Science, Vellore.
